This kit is the perfect kit for any 2003 to 2004 and 2004.5 Dodge Cummins 5.9L Ram 2500 and 3500 Diesel truck. The Aero Performance Exhaust Dodge 5.9L Exhaust System comes with all the necessary components for self assembly including a clamp-on DT4050 4" to 5" outlet exhaust tip. This aluminized Exhaust System Kit will allow your Dodge truck to Flow with higher output and gain the maximum performance possible with an exhaust modification.

Included in the Dodge Ram Diesel Kit is the 4" inch performance diesel resonated muffler 4040XL which has the built-in air foil cone technology found in all turbine mufflers as well as a resonator perfect for the high output of the Cummins Diesel Engine. Then to top off the ultimate Dodge Exhaust System is the 4" inch DT4050 bolt-on exhaust tip. Piping is mandrel bent aluminized pipe made to fit the specifications of the Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 both Crew-Cab and Long-Bed body styles for a perfect fit.

Returned items must be in "working" condition, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, etc., and must be re-packaged in the original retail box. If any of these items are missing, you will be charged at least a 20% re-stocking fee.

To return an item, you must contact Aero Performance Exhaust via phone or email within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You must ship returns via a courier that provides tracking, and provide Aero with the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning merchandise to us. If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items. Premium shipping (next day, 2nd day, etc) charges are non-refundable. Products purchased for race use are excluded. Special order items are excluded.

Aero Performance Exhaust Lifetime Warranty

Aero Performance Exhaust warrants that all Aero Performance Exhaust Mufflers are free from defects. The mufflers are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if the muffler is not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.

Installation on any commercial or racing vehicle or improper installation, altered mufflers, or products subjected to misuse or damage from accidents, voids the Aero Exhaust Warranty. Also, cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement muffler are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty certificate, along with proof of purchase, must be presented to the service outlet from which you originally purchased the muffler, or any participating dealer, when making a claim for replacement. The original muffler must also be returned and exchanged for a new muffler of the same part number.

No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability, sound, or usability), applies to the mufflers, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occasioned by the muffler, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
